At Alpha Elite Dogs, we believe that every dog is unique. There is no single method that works for every dog, which is why our approach always begins with understanding the individual — their character, abilities, needs and environment.

Every dog has its own way of learning
We don't believe in forcing every dog into the same training system. Instead, we take the time to understand what motivates each individual dog and identify the methods that allow them to learn confidently and effectively.
Our training is based on experience, patience, consistency and respect. We aim not only to achieve results, but to build a strong relationship between dog and owner — one based on communication, trust and mutual understanding.

Meet The Team:
Tim
THE DOG WHISPERER
Speaks fluent Malinois, German Shepherd and Stubborn Puppy. Understands dogs significantly better than humans — and, frankly, prefers it that way. Has the patience of a saint, the reflexes of a ninja, and pockets permanently full of treats. Can turn chaos into obedience—most of the time. Specialist in difficult cases, complicated personalities and dogs who have decided that rules are merely suggestions. The more challenging the dog, the more interesting the day.
Dog whisperer, with a touch of Sheldon Cooper attitude, Tim believes there’s a solution for every dog. The only catch? It’s never the same solution twice. He observes, analyses, experiments and adjusts until he finds exactly what makes that particular dog tick.
Usually covered in mud, dog hair and substances nobody wants identified, Tim considers clean clothes highly overrated.
Special skills: reading dogs, questioning conventional methods, finding Plan B through Z, and having very serious conversations with animals who seem to understand him perfectly.
Natural habitat: somewhere outside, surrounded by dogs, wearing clothes that were clean approximately seven minutes ago.
Mado
THE CHIEF OF EVERYTHING ELSE
Keeps everything running smoothly while everyone else is covered in dog hair, often being covered herself with more than that.
Knows where everyone should be, what they should be doing, and probably where the missing leash is. Supervised by several Malinois, makes the big decisions, solves the impossible problems, and somehow still believes that “just one more dog” is a perfectly reasonable business strategy.
Officially responsible for administration. Unofficially responsible for absolutely everything Tim and the dogs leave in their wake.
Paperwork? Mado. Cleaning? Mado. Renovations? Mado. Something needs rebuilding? Also Mado. Tim is attempting something that has a statistically significant chance of ending in the ER? Definitely Mado.
Armed with a serious case of OCD and a deeply personal relationship with order, she fights a daily battle against mud, dog hair, misplaced tools, unfinished projects and Tim’s interpretation of “I know what I’m doing.”
She organises, cleans, fixes, rebuilds and occasionally prevents workplace injuries — usually all before lunch.
Special skills: turning chaos into order, spotting something 2 mm out of place from across the room, DIY emergency interventions and keeping Tim alive against his best efforts.
Natural enemy: “I’ll put it away later.”
Ana
THE TROUBLESHOOTER
In charge of keeping our dogs happy, healthy, fed and reasonably presentable. Ana is completely unfazed by mud, drool, suspicious smells or anything else the dogs manage to produce. If it can be washed, scrubbed or hosed down, it’s not really a problem.
Firmly convinced that every dog can be reasoned with, Ana approaches even the most stubborn characters with patience, diplomacy and a serious conversation. She explains the situation, presents a perfectly reasonable argument and genuinely expects the dog to reconsider its life choices. Sometimes, remarkably, it works.
She’s the one making sure everyone has eaten, everyone is comfortable and nobody has been forgotten — including the dog sitting dramatically in a corner pretending nobody has loved him for at least seven minutes. Ana has an impressive tolerance for chaos, questionable smells and canine opinions.
Special skills: unlimited patience, zero fear of disgusting things, canine diplomacy, detecting an empty water bowl from 50 metres away and having lengthy negotiations with animals who have absolutely no intention of compromising.
Natural habitat: surrounded by dogs, carrying something that needs washing, while calmly explaining to a Malinois why what it has just done was completely unnecessary.
Stormy
THE CHIEF OF SECURITY & HR
Four legs. Excellent ears. Questionable respect for personal space. Takes payment exclusively in treats and considers every delivery driver a matter requiring immediate investigation.
Training aid and firm believer that humans were domesticated for one purpose: throwing the ball.
Stormy assists with the rehabilitation of our more stubborn, badly mannered specimens — both canine and human. Her methods are direct, her standards are high, and performance reviews tend to be very short.
She doesn’t ask for respect. She assumes it. She will happily demonstrate exactly where you stand in the hierarchy should there be any confusion.
Special skills: security, advanced ball retrieval, attitude adjustment, keeping egos under control and reminding everyone who actually runs Alpha Elite Dogs.
Management style: firm, fair-ish and non-negotiable.
Important safety advice: If you see Stormy looking adorable through a slightly open window, do not attempt to cuddle her. That window is not an invitation. It’s a trap.
